Due to the strategic position of the Republic of Panama, competitive advantages inherit for the latest trends in banking and people movement and the most modern and successful international banking center in Latin America, our Executive Board took the decision to move our commercial operations and main offices from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of Panama.
